:
The IT Assistant will support the daily IT operations of the resort, ensuring smooth functioning of systems, networks, and hospitality software to deliver uninterrupted guest and staff services.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide IT support to all resort departments including Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, HR, and Administration.
Manage and support IDS PMS / IDS Next and related hospitality software.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, POS systems, biometric devices, and CCTV systems.
Monitor and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and internet connectivity across the property.
Troubleshoot guest Wi-Fi and staff network issues.
Perform regular data backups and follow basic IT security practices.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software maintenance.
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
Provide basic IT training and support to staff when required.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Computer Science / IT or related field.
6 months to 1 year of experience with IDS PMS is required.
Experience in IT support, preferably in the hospitality or resort industry.
Basic knowledge of networking, hardware, Windows OS, and MS Office.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work shifts and handle emergency IT issues.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
