Roles and Responsibilities 1) Job Purpose This position is the responsible for leading the Application Support with the management of Service Level Agreements and Service Level Objectives at both Program and Project Level. To lead the team of application support and consistently deliver high-quality, on-going, business application support to internal and externals users. Owns the Problem Management process and continuously focuses on minimizing the adverse impact of Incidents and Problems on the business and preventing reoccurrence of Incidents.
Required Technical and Functional Expertise 1. Experience in leading technical support teams 2. 8+ years’ experience in an hands-on application support lead/manager role 3. Experience with supporting mobility applications, Java applications, understanding of web technology, managing ecommerce platforms 4. Extensive problem solving and debugging skills 5. Experience in providing services to agreed SLA’s and OLA’s 6. Experienced in Problem and Incident Management 7. Experience with working in an ITIL environment (ITIL certification is preferred) 8. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 9. Flexible in working outside of core business hours at short-notice
