Responsible for daily monitoring and support of UAT & production Azure Applications and interfaces
Responsible for IT support role L3 for MS Dynamics CRM and understands ITIL best practices in maintaining multiple applications in Azure environment.
Responsible for validating pre and post data fixes in UAT and Production environment
Responsibilities include suggesting fixes to multiple development teams on a proactive basis to reduce the incidents/tickets
Responsible for removing the process pain point thereby increasing the productivity of self and the support team
Responsible for Users and access controls management, Security Certification, and roles management in Azure
Responsible to maintain healthy metrics /SLA in the turnaround of assigned cases
Responsible for Azure Performance resource monitoring
Responsible for Problem-solving by troubleshooting, debugging, and log analysis
Responsible to demonstrate the ability to recover from dissatisfied customer situations in collaboration with the team manager
Responsible to manage change requests during downtime and uptime
Technical Expertise:
Azure working knowledge (production deployment, DevOps Pipeline, and support of apps in Azure) is a must
MS(Microsoft) SQL/ Azure SQL is a must
Azure API App experience/Application supporting Azure APIs and integration is a must
Fairly good understanding and working knowledge of IAAS (Infrastructure as a Service), PAAS (Platform as a service), and SAAS (Software as a Service)
will be a great advantage
Overall supporting experience in Microsoft Azure Platform using Features like Cloud Services, Azure Web Apps, Azure API App,
Azure Storage, Azure Functions will be an added advantage
ITIL Certified will be an added advantage
Experience in .NET/C/SQL Server/Oracle will be added advantage
Working knowledge of Service Now will be added advantage (Incident, Service requests and Change request modules)
