Job summary
As the ideal candidate, you will have a strong background in desktop support and localized application support.
You should have national-level supply chain IT business application capabilities, and be proficient in SAP/ERP.
Knowledge of MES/WMS (logistics systems)/Purchasing System/Finance System is essential.
Key responsibilities: Helpdesk Management:
Lead the Helpdesk team in providing first-class technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Establish and maintain IT service standards, ensuring prompt and effective issue resolution while maintaining user satisfaction.
Provide desktop support to end-users;
Manage localized applications, including maintenance, installation, and upgrades;
Manage the operation and support of research and development IT system platforms, including but not limited to: SAP, ERP, MES, WMS, Purchasing System and Finance System. Communicate with end-users in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master\'s degree preferred.
At least five years of working experience, with at least three years of experience in national-level supply chain IT business application operation and maintenance support.
Strong background in desktop support and localized application support
Proficiency in SAP/ERP
Knowledge of MES/WMS (logistics systems)/Purchasing System/Finance system
Excellent communication skills in English
Patient and able to work under pressure
Familiarity with the energy industry or related sectors is a plus.
