• Provide IT infrastructure & Application operations for Manufacturing (i4.0) IT applications
• Troubleshoot Manufacturing IT Application and infrastructure related incidents
• Close collaboration with Application development team, infrastructure team and Network team to provide day-to-day operations support for the application
• Quality delivery of services committed to the customer as per the defined Service Levels and KPI\xe2\x80\x99s
• Monitor system performance and ensure Application availability
• Collaboration with onsite /offshore team and customer coordinators, Stakeholders Management, Technical documentation, and Training delivery
• Ensure Customer Satisfaction, Escalation Management in the Services Delivered and Continuous improvement of services
• Provide extended support for planned Maintenances and On Call readiness support
• Should be able to work in shifts and travel to customer location for business need
• Ensure the infrastructure (Servers used by application) is compliant with the Bosch Security Advisory.
• Conduct the release management tasks proactively to ensure a smooth release deployment.
• Provide timely communication on the outages to the stakeholders.
• Should coordinator all the changes in the production system.
• Analyze the trend and strength the monitoring.

• Strong basic knowledge on Linux Operating system (RHEL 7/8/9).
• Strong knowledge on Configuration Management Tools like Ansible and Puppet.
• Shell Scripting
• ITIL Service Management Framework (Incident, Change, Problem Management)
• Strong Basics of networking.
• Strong Basic knowledge on Mariadb Clusters.

• Application and infrastructure Monitoring tools (ICINGA / Prometheus / ELK )
• Network infrastructure \xe2\x80\x93 (VPN, IPsec, Firewall, Load balancing setup and Security implementation)

• Database Administration (Oracle / MySQL / Mongo)
• IoT / IT for Manufacturing - i4.0 concepts
• Working knowledge of various tools and open-source technologies

• Strong presentation skills and experience in intercultural communication and cooperation
• Possess learning agility, flexibility, and proactivity
