• Desktop Support \xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xe2\x80\x9c Providing hardware, software, network, and server support for mostly Windows and some Mac devices
• Support Ticket Management \xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xe2\x80\x9c Managing EUC queue
• Hardware and Software Deployment \xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xe2\x80\x9c Desktop and laptop imaging and software deployment, in addition to VOIP phone deployment
• AD and Exchange Provisioning \xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xe2\x80\x9c Maintaining users, groups, and DLs
• File and Print Server Management \xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xe2\x80\x9c Provisioning and troubleshooting
• Mobile Device Support \xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xe2\x80\x9c Managing Apple, Android, and other mobile devices
• Purchasing \xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xe2\x80\x9c Managing the IT purchasing workflow
• Broker and Trading Floor Technology Support \xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xe2\x80\x9c New York-based EUC Analysts will support trading floor and broker desk technology including turret phones, tablet computers, wireless networking, proprietary tools, and data display support
• Effectively documents and publishes role and team responsibilities and repeatable processes
• Reports on local support queue statistics and ensures tickets are closed timely
• Improves processes and introduces superior technology
• Takes initiative to learn and perform EUC Engineer core duties

Knowledge and Experience

• College degree in Engineering, MIS, CIS, or related discipline
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Windows desktop/server troubleshooting
• Familiarity with macOS
• Experience in an exchange, trading facility, or financial services
