Job Title- IT Support/Desktop Support Engineer (Full-time)
Job Timings- 9 am to 6 pm or 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
Troubleshooting technical issues including hardware troubleshooting and Voice/telephonic troubleshooting.
Diagnosing and repairing faults.
Resolving network issues.
Installing and configuring hardware and software including formatting laptops.
Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role.
Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software like- Google Workspace.
Diagnosing and repairing faults including any hardware issues like- RAM upgrade, SSD upgrade.
Prior experience in Access Provisioning, CRM Software
Maintaining hardware inventory stock.
Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
Minimum qualification- Graduate or diploma in relevant IT domain
Ability to work independently and remotely.
Be available for on-site support during agreed-upon hours/days.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
