Job Title

- Institutional Manager

Reporting to

- Institution ASM - waterproofing/ BDM



Key Responsibilities -

Identification of potential projects and mapping the stakeholders. Identify, index and review market potential of Project sites at segment level (Geography, Key Accounts, Govt, CHS, Corporate, Industrial etc). Conducting site inspections, suggesting the right solutions, troubleshooting, sampling etc. Knowledge of waterproofing products, flooring products o any construction chemical related/ Or Technical building material industry is preferred. Techno commercial understanding of the B2B business with order closing abilities. Efficiency in gathering the data and market intelligence. Effective presentation skills. Ability to undergo negotiations and decision making. Ability to deliver number targets, data collection targets, market info and competition intelligence. Readiness to travel in designated territory and industrial belts. Efficiency to understand and work as per companies' systems and policies. Proficiency is must in English and local languages. Proficiency required in Excel, Word, and PPTs. Upmost integrity, self-motivational and professional approach are must.
