The IS Operations Manager of the Microsoft Power BI Platform will be part of the Technologies and Innovation Domain in the IS Service Global organization and in this role you are reporting to the Global Service Owner of the Data & Analytics platform. Is accountable to deliver and to orchestrate the delivery of Power BI Platform operational activities Coordinates and supervises internal and external 3rd party supplier resources for the effective delivery and operational performance of the services ensuring continuous improvement and compliance.This position reports to IS Service Owner, IS Team Lead for Operations ManagementYour responsibilities Will manage the service and be responsible to achieve the Service SLA Will manage and coordinate internal and external teams together will the vendor Will investigate, document and implement new features evaluating the possible impact and benefit on the actual environment Will actively support the final users guiding them and suggesting best practices Will dedicate expert resources to proactively monitor problem volumes, RCA quality and solution timelines and follow up on potential improvement opportunities in order to deliver the best service to the business Will be responsible to ensure that service availability and service performance are properly monitored at sufficient level in case of event of disaster Your background Minimum 5 years in a similar position Deep knowledge of the MS Power BI platform or similar solution Superior IS operations skills and a deep understanding IS technologies ((ITIL certification is recommended) Strong experience to manage operation services in challenging environment Strong experience in escalation and stakeholder\'s management Strong written and verbal communication skills, a commitment to excellence and details Customer and results oriented Ability to work in a multicultural and international team English - fluent in speech and writing More about us Global Business Services (GBS) is ABB\'s shared services organization which delivers operational and expert services in Finance, Human Resources, Information Systems, Legal, Global Travel Services and external Customer Contact Centers.
