Post-Closing Compliance Review is a department where we validate the CD and LE issued to the borrower in accordance with TRID guidelines. This includes to check MDIA violation, tolerance requirements, and APR violations. Compliance review process is engaged in auditing loans to verify if the loan is in compliance with the rules and regulations prior to purchase of a loan in the secondary market. Roles and Responsibilities Review the loan documents using the Compliance Review checklist for completeness and accuracy. Perform in depth disclosure review tolerance checks when applicable. Run relevant compliance tests to ensure loan is compliant. Review all loan types including Conventional, FHA and VA, AUS, Application (1003) , Appraisal, CD and so on. Add suspense conditions in a clear concise manner in LOS for any deficiencies noted as part of the above review. Enter and/or update delivery data in LOS. Ensure compliance with company policies and workplace guidelines. Perform other duties as assigned by Management. Requirements Graduate in any discipline. At least 2 to 3 yrs. of related work experience. Strong knowledge of ATR/QM, RESPA, TRID and mortgage compliance regulations. General knowledge of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA and VA guidelines a plus. Ability to review audit documentation, perform analysis, validate, and document potential risk to determine course of appropriate corrective action and/or make recommendations of such action. Attention to detail, high level of accuracy, and ability to review self-created work. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and problem-solving skills. Team player, Adaptable to change, and ability to positively channelize pressure. Strong MS Office analytical skills. Should be flexible with both day nightshift.
