Roles and Responsibilities Responsible for monitoring, verification, preparation, review, approval of IPQA activities

Review of manufacturing process for yield reconciliation, annual Product Review, change control, Deviation, Investigation, CAPA, OOS, standard operating procedures, risk assessment and other QMS document as applicable

To ensure the dispensing activity is carried out & all materials are labelled and prevention is taken to avoid cross contamination

To support validation plans for process validations/ cleaning validation and to support in review & approval of all validation documents and related activities.

Monitoring the process as per predefined validated process and procedure & any Deviation from procedure to be highlighted to quality system head

Investigation of Market complaints, Incidence happening on Shop-floor, Represent the company during external inspections

Monitoring of daily cleaning activites at production site & ensuring approved cleaning chemicals are used for cleaning activity

Use of Statistical Tools (standard deviation, process capability etc.) and Problem solving tools for Root Cause analysis.

Reports the status of the quality levels of staff, systems and production activities and participates in improvement programs.

Responsible for Review and approval of Master BMR / BPR, executed BMR / BPR and finished product release

Oversee the generation, review, and archival of documents used to support Good Manufacturing Practice manufacture of Final Product
