Intel\'s Programmable Solutions Group (PSG) Custom IP Solutions Engineering (IPSE) team develops comprehensive solutions to provide customers with easy and efficient access to the capabilities of Intel\'s FPGA devices. These solutions are provided as highly-configurable intellectual property (IP) cores that are fully integrated with Intel PSG\'s software CAD tool, Quartus Prime.

As an IP Verification Engineer, you will work with a team of engineers to develop and verify state-of-the-art Network interconnects, Communications interconnect and Data Processing based IP cores. You will be working on advanced device architectures and validation accompanied by a rich set of technical documentation. Your specific responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

• Verification infrastructure development and verification based on the latest PCIe protocol specifications.
• In-depth knowledge of PCIe/ PCIe SubSystem is a MUST.
• In-depth knowledge of Verilog, System Verilog, UVM, OVM, and coverage-driven verification methodology.
• Good scripting skills (Perl, Python, TCL, etc.).
• Experience in building scoreboard and reference model
• Experience with functional coverage closure and X-propagation.
• Experience with multiple RTL simulators, regression testing, and creating components that are reusable from block to top.
• Hardware power-on and debug.
• New product release and rollout support.
• Customer technical support.

Qualifications

You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Relevant experience can be obtained through school work, classes and project work, internships, military training, and/ or work experience.

Minimum Requirements:
The candidate must have a Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or any related field with 8 years of relevant PCIe/ PCIe SubSystem RTL verification experience.

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
