Counsel is responsible for leading open source software compliance practice. You will lead a team (5/6) OSS analysts in providing OSS clearances within agreed SLA’s. You are accountable to Chief IP Counsels on delivery and of OSS clearance matters. You are responsible for counseling engineering teams on OSS compliance risks and providing alternative solutions on OSS usage. You will also be responsible for developing competency, managing people performance and stakeholder relations. You will create awareness on OSS compliance and train engineers on OSS policy, process and tool. You will work with Software CoE’s and IP Counsels to continuously improve processes and systems.Key Responsibilities

YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science followed by a law degreeStage gate clearance and M&A due diligence
