Senior Manager Government Sales(B2G)

The Manager shall be overall be responsible for business which comes directly from government department purchase such as ICAR/KVKs/SAUs/Cooperative Department/State Govt. and their departments. He must ensure that company is getting continuous orders from different Govt Departments. He can make sales through other channels too.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Responsible for generating sales from Govt. Departments like ICAR/SAUs/KVK/Cooperative Department/Labour and Employment Departments, PSUs, Cooperatives etc.

2. Liaison with different Govt Departments at different level and keep company ahead in preference of them.

3. Make system that company participates in all related tenders through dealers.

4. Keep track of all Earnest Money Deposit/Bank Guarantees.

5. Generate a good sales pipeline for quarter.

6. Keep the team guided and focused on results.

QUALIFICATION:

1. B.Tech or preferably MBA in Sales and Marketing.

2. Strong Experience of 10-12 years in sales to Govt. (B2G) and Liaison in Agriculture sector.

3. Computer literacy and good organizational skills.
