Desired candidate must have minimum of 4-8 years of working experience

• Strong knowledge of financial markets and across differing asset classes (Fixed Income, Equities, OTC & ETD Derivatives, Leveraged Loans, Private Debt & Equity)
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across the business and manage their expectations
• Proactive and delivery focused with excellent communication skills
• Experience in gathering and producing clear and precise requirements, both written and verbally
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills with a keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deliveries
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to generate solutions
• Understanding of the M&G fund ranges is advantageous.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Working experience on Investment Operations process – Asset Management and understanding of Trade life cycle
• Desired but not essential, knowledge on Performance attribution and various investment strategies
• Good communication skills are essential for the position
• Experience of using Power BI
• Working knowledge of BlackRock’s Aladdin system a bonus
