Invoice Manager
Job Description
Generate invoices in Excel or PDF format using our templates or send online
recurring/one-time invoices using the payment processor that we use
Invoice amount calculation based on online services (online advertising
campaigns) selected by the customer.
Send invoices to customers and follow-up for payment
Send reminders to customers when their service renewal is due and raise
renewal invoices.
Update renewal dates once the invoices are processed
Work with the business development team to finalize invoice details
Automate and track recurring invoices
Track failed automated recurring invoices and send reminders to customers
