Job Description

Key Responsibilities of an Invoicing Executive: Preparing and generating invoices: Accurately creating invoices based on services rendered or goods sold, including all relevant details like quantities, prices, and terms. Managing invoice records: Maintaining organized records of invoices, including dates, amounts, and payment statuses. Following up on payments: Monitoring payment deadlines, sending reminders to clients, and escalating issues to collections when necessary. Resolving invoice discrepancies: Investigating and resolving issues with invoices, such as errors or misunderstandings, to ensure accurate billing. Maintaining client communication: Responding to client inquiries about invoices and payments, and providing updates on billing status. Supporting the accounting department: Assisting with reconciliation of payments, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
