Job Description

We are seeking a highly driven and skilled professional to join our team as a Venture Capital Investor Relations Manager. In this pivotal role, you will manage investor relations tasks for a diverse range of clients, ensuring accurate and timely completion of reporting functions while working closely with both management and clients. Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for Limited Partner (LP) reporting functions and manage LP reporting email communications.
• Maintain and update investor portals, including uploading and distributing essential documents such as K1s, 1099s, offering documents, and other investor communications.
• Address investor portal inquiries and adhere to compliance protocols.
• Manage the onboarding process for new clients, including training new employees on client protocols.
• Collaborate and communicate with investor portal software providers to ensure seamless operation.
• Work alongside management and clients to facilitate investor communication and meet deadlines.
• Coordinate with the cash team in response to investor changes.
• Act as a knowledge resource for staff members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in investor relations or a related field.
• Familiarity with venture capital and private equity is preferred.
• Experience with investor portal software is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
