Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Manager - Investor Relations to manage communication between the company, its investors, analysts, and other financial stakeholders. The role requires strong financial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain trust with the investment community. The ideal candidate will play a key role in conveying the company's financial performance, strategy, and vision to external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and shareholders.
• Serve as a key point of contact for the investment community.
• Prepare investor presentations, earnings call scripts, press releases, Q&A documents, and other communication materials.
• Coordinate and participate in investor meetings, earnings calls, roadshows, and conferences.
• Monitor analyst reports and summarize key takeaways and market sentiment for internal stakeholders.
• Track and report on shareholding patterns, stock performance, and peer group analysis.
• Provide strategic input to senior management regarding investor sentiment and market perception.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant disclosure of financial information in line with regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with finance, legal, compliance, and communications teams to ensure consistency in messaging.
• Support the preparation of the company's annual report and other investor communication materials.

Requirements:

• Education: CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA or equivalent
• Experience: 5-8 years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, equity research, or related fields
• Skills:

• Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation, and capital markets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Relationship-building skills with investors, analysts, and senior management
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Experience with Bloomberg, Reuters, or other financial databases is a plus
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a listed company or capital markets environment
• Familiarity with SEBI, Stock Exchange (BSE/NSE) regulations, and investor disclosure norms
• Experience managing investor events or AGMs
