Job Summary: The Investor Communications Coordinator is a key player in facilitating effective communication with investors, overseeing the production of not only quarterly reports but also other investor communications. Key Responsibilities:

  • Information Gathering:
Collaborate with internal departments to gather relevant information for quarterly reports and milestone-based communications. Work closely with financial analysts to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial data.
  • Project Coordination:
Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan outlining key milestones and deadlines for investor communications. Coordinate and schedule meetings with relevant teams for content review and approval.
  • Content Management:
Draft, edit, and proofread content for quarterly reports and milestone-based communications, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with organizational messaging. Collaborate with subject matter experts to convey complex financial and operational information effectively.
  • Design Collaboration:
Liaise with the design and layout team to ensure a visually appealing and consistent design for investor communications. Provide input on graphics, charts, and other visual elements.
  • Regulatory Compliance:
Stay informed about regulatory requirements and disclosure standards relevant to investor communications. Ensure that all communications comply with necessary legal and regulatory guidelines.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact for teams contributing to investor communications. Facilitate communication between different departments involved in the communication creation process.
  • Quality Assurance:
Conduct thorough reviews of investor communications to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to regulatory requirements. Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address any identified issues. Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in business, finance, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5y+) in project coordination or management, preferably in a financial or communications setting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with financial terminology and reporting standards.
