The mission of the Corporate Communicationsdepartment is to deliver the highest level of communication guidance and support to our internal and external clients while accompanying Cotecna\'s growth projection. The Marketing & Communications Specialist will work in close collaboration with the Corporate Communication Director on several projects. They will be responsible to produce new collateral, presentations and reports and will assist in ramping up the quality of communication, with a key focus on internal and external channels at first. The Marketing & Communications Coordinator will support the integration of the communication assets of all Cotecna acquisitions and bring synergies across the network. They will support LOB/FCT & affiliates with an adapted communication and marketing strategy and ensure that internal stakeholders are informed and engaged with available resources and that marketing materials are consistent and on the Cotecna brand.
Main Accountabilities
Lead the creation, update and translation of all Corporate Communication and Marketing assets.
Draft content for the intranet, website, presentations, and other material in line with Cotecna\'s brand and messaging.
Manage and produce our internal documents.
Work closely with the graphic team to manage flow of requests coming from the business.
Act as the main point of contact for our marketing counterparts and assist on the production of material for marketing initiatives.
Implement special communication projects in collaboration with the corporate business lines and local affiliates.
Assist in the planning and execution of communication events, both online and in-person.
Contribute to the development of global communication projects.
Qualifications, Experience and Technical Skills
Min. Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree preferably in Journalism, Communications, or Marketing.
Min. 2 years of relevant work experience in a content writing / content marketing role.
Hands-on experience in web, social and/or digital marketing and/or international/global exposure (preferably in the B2B sector) a plus.
Language: Native English speaker and strong written English required
