Investment Analyst - EST Shift, BPO

- Responsible for conducting a variety of analyses for the development of deliverables focused on multifamily commercial real estate strategies in support of AMH Services. Draws conclusion(s) from analyses and makes recommendations to senior leaders for new acquisitions and development.

- Knowledgeable on fundamental concepts, practices and procedures associated with commercial real estate finance, including commercial valuation, market analysis and investment analyst

- Generates, reviews, and understands reports; uses aggregate data from multiple sources to assist in creating a complete analysis, improvement and/or recommendation.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive investment models to evaluate key performance indicators, return metrics, and profitability of investments.

- Types of analyses includes one or all of the following: real estate industry/market, underwriting and valuation, variance analyses, budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning.

- Prepares a variety of analyses, presentations, and proposals for new business development.

- Conduct quantitative analysis, financial modelling, and underwriting of prospective multifamily and build-to-rent real estate investments.

- Provides recommendations for management/Producer review.

- Compiles analysis and internal and external collateral into investment memorandums for executive team and capital partners, proofreads content, ensures appropriate branding, and approves materials for final distribution.

- Conduct financial analysis of development and investment opportunities including detailed pro forma and financial modelling; actively maintain the models to ensure they are accurate and up to date through acquisition.

- Conduct market research, gather data to support financial modelling, and provide internal reporting to corporate leadership and other team members.

- Prepare regular reports and presentations summarizing analysis results for executive-level decision-making.

- Manage the data research and compilation of competitive market analysis on a project-by-project basis.

- Stay up to date on industry trends, economic indicators, and market conditions relevant to the multifamily and build-to-rent real estate market.

- Assemble and analyse annual budgets and rolling forecasts for new development projects.

- Prepare financial trend reporting and key performance indicator tracking for each investment and development opportunity.

Educational Qualification/experience

- MBA from a top tier Business School

- 5+ years of experience

- EST Shift timing
