Core Responsibilities

• Should build new customer segments by identifying avenues to connect through various Forums. Willing to travel India and Abroad for various assignments.
• Gather other market information on commercial activities and upcoming market trends & client’s preferences.
• Maintain CRM systems and handle Commercial Clients enquiries via different channels (telephone, e-mail, agents, walk-ins etc.)
• Develop Clients relations and build a rapport; Assist for / personally on Client’s site visits.
• Timely Follow-up with Clients to help complete client bookings and payments.
• Regularly interact with Clients and respond to all Clients queries and complaints; Escalate issues to Senior Managers or management, if required
• Prepare MIS for all prospects and completed sales on a timely basis; Periodically submit the same to the Senior Management & Manager.
• Participate in organization planned activities like Expo’s, event associations.

SKILLS:

• Graduation from any background, BBA or MBA preferred with excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, Telugu or any other languages.
• Should possess good knowledge of Real Estates or Finance or Insurance domains.
• Should be well groomed and understand the business etiquettes. Possess demonstration and presentation skills.
• Willingness to quickly learn, adapt to situations and excel to achieve the rewards.
• Ability to engage people efficiently. Capability to grow & excel in a competitive environment.
• Having a high degree of self-motivation and ambition to create benchmarks for team to follow.
• Should be a good team player and work with synergy.
• Should be innovative and proactive and operate efficiently under minimal supervision.
