HPE\'s Legal division applies legal knowledge to complex business transactions. Our mission is to contribute to HPE\'s success by providing proactive, practical and timely legal advice and contractual support to enable our clients to achieve profitable growth and customer satisfaction. An integral part of HPE, we work in areas such as Intellectual Property, Mergers and Acquisitions, Ethics, Antitrust, Commercial Law, and Litigation to name but a few. The Investigations Counsel will be responsible for managing, overseeing, conducting and providing legal guidance on pending government investigations, and conducting investigations into allegations of violations of HPE\'s Standards of Business Conduct ("SBC"). He/she will report to the Director of Investigations for APJ in HPE\xe2\x80\x99s Ethics & Compliance Office (\xe2\x80\x9cECO\xe2\x80\x9d), and will be part of a global team managing external and internal investigations throughout the company. He/she acts as legal advisor to assigned internal clients or other company attorneys with respect to matters related to the area of specialty and recommends solutions that help address the client\xe2\x80\x99s objectives and represents the company before industry policy setting organizations, government agencies, and other regulatory bodies.
