Responsibilities for Inventory Management

• Design and implement methods to gather and manage supply chain data
• Review and analyze gathered data to locate areas in the supply chain process and develop methods to improve
• Plan and implement supply chain optimization projects
• Maintain a friendly and professional relationship with vendors while promoting company initiatives and values
• Assist in promoting a positive image and inter-business relationship with business partners and vendors
• Seek to improve all aspects of the supply chain department by reviewing the current methodology and processes
• Track KPIs and report on supply chain performance
• Analyzing available data from demand planning, inventory reports, and other resources
• Monitor and manage product ETAs as per customer need and share supplier scorecard on a regular basis including any penalties
• Work with USA counterpart to plan timely containers and manage all vendor logistics
• Manage a team of 10+

Qualifications for Inventory Management

• Strong analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
• Strong attention to detail
• Great interpersonal skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Experience analyzing and improving supply chain data, information and processes
• Supply Chain Management certification is not necessary though strongly preferred
• High-level understanding of all aspects of supply chain processes
• Previous experience with supply chain processes is strongly preferred
• Experience working in and maintaining databases using Microsoft Excel and others relevant to company processes
• Professional communication skills are essential when conversing and negotiating with vendors
• Exceptional ability to conceptualize large-picture projects and foresee challenge and needs to be addressed
• Ability to research companies and determine the best vendors to reach out to for various projects
• Experience working to improve all aspects of the supply chain by streamlining steps and locating the best prices for inventory

Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ?40,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per monthSchedule:
