1. Inventory Management: Maintain optimal stock levels of paints, raw materials, and finished goods to avoid overstocking or stockouts.
2. Stock Audits: Regular physical stock verification at warehouse and dealer points; reconcile discrepancies.
3. Credit Limit Setup: Evaluate customer profiles and set appropriate credit limits based on payment history and risk analysis.
4. Customer Ledger Monitoring: Track outstanding balances, overdue payments, and aging reports for each customer account.
5. Invoicing & Billing: Ensure timely and accurate generation of sales invoices and credit notes as per company policy.
6. Payment Follow-ups: Coordinate with customers for timely payments and resolve disputes if any.
7. Recovery Planning: Design and implement strategies for recovery from overdue or default accounts.
8. Coordination with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to align credit and inventory policies with sales targets.
9. Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly reports on inventory status, credit utilization, outstanding recoveries, and escalations.
10. Compliance & Documentation: Maintain proper documentation for all transactions, credit approvals, and follow company policies and audit requirements.
