Key Responsibilities
Monitor daily inventory levels and stock movements
Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP / inventory systems
Coordinate stock receipts, issues, and transfers
Conduct regular stock counts and physical verification
Reconcile system stock with physical inventory
Identify slow-moving, expired, or damaged stock
Ensure timely replenishment to avoid stock-outs
Coordinate with procurement, stores, and finance teams
Maintain proper documentation for inward and outward stock
Prepare inventory reports (daily / weekly / monthly)
Support audits and compliance requirements
Ensure FIFO / FEFO practices are followed (where applicable)
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, or related field
Certification in inventory or warehouse management is an added advantage
Experience
1-3 years of experience in inventory / store / warehouse operations
Experience in retail, restaurant, FMCG, or manufacturing preferred
Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of inventory
