What do you have to do?-

1. Build Customer Success Function for us, by hiring & training the right folks, creating efficient processes and tracking progress via right metrics

2. Refine our new client onboarding process and drive adoption by working with customers to identify & achieve their business goals

3. Develop and execute a retention strategy to ensure long-term customer satisfaction, retention, and renewal.

5. Meet the client team when required to develop a working relationship

What are we looking for ?

1. Preferred MBA from tier 1 colleges and a minimum 2 years of experience in Client Success or Account Management roles

2. Should have strong concise communication skills, both verbal and written

3. Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time

4. Self-starter who can own ongoing customer success of both large and small clients

5. Ability to correctly measure and improve client satisfaction
