Responsibilities:



Handle inbound and outbound customer queries professionally Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently Maintain records and update CRM systems Ensure customer satisfaction and adhere to quality standards Work in rotational shifts with weekly off.

Cab Facility:



Available

only for female employees

Coverage: Within defined transport zone, between

8 PM and 8 AM

Qualification:

10+2 / Graduate

Excellent

verbal and written communication skills

Good

computer knowledge and typing speed

Prior customer service experience preferred (Freshers eligible)
