Job Overview



We are hiring skilled

International Voice Process Executives

with strong communication skills and prior experience in international calling. Candidates with backgrounds in sales, customer service, telecom, banking, collections, or travel sales will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities



Handle international voice calls professionally and efficiently. Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries. Perform selling, upselling, or cross-selling based on process requirements. Maintain high-quality communication standards. Meet performance targets and ensure customer satisfaction. Follow standard procedures and maintain call documentation.

Eligibility Criteria



Graduate or Undergraduate can apply.

Minimum 9 months experience

in an International Voice Process is mandatory. Candidates with

international sales/upselling/cross-selling

experience are highly preferred. International

customer service

experience with excellent communication skills is also acceptable.

Maximum employment gap: 9 months

(strictly). Candidates from

Telecom, Banking, Travel Sales, or Collections

backgrounds are suitable.

Minimum AMCAT Score:

65 (B2)

Required Skills



Excellent verbal communication skills. Strong selling/upselling/cross-selling ability. Customer handling & problem-solving skills. Good listening skills and professional attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?39,600.00 per month
