We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused International Voice Process Associate to join our team. This role involves handling voice-based interactions with clients and customers from around the globe.

Key Responsibilities

:

Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or chat. Provide accurate information related to products and services. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently. Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all interactions. Achieve and exceed performance targets. Update customer records and maintain detailed documentation. Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes. Work in varying shifts, including nights and weekends, to accommodate different time zones. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends. Ensure clear communication with customers who speak different languages.
