An International Voice Process Executive for the US shift is responsible for handling customer calls from the United States during night shifts to provide support, resolve issues, and answer inquiries about products or services.

Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and support issues promptly. Provide detailed information on products and services to customers. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions. Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals and quality standards. Escalate unresolved issues to higher levels of support. Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer experience. Follow communication scripts, guidelines, and company policies.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
