Title :- International Voice / Chat Process Executive

Location :- Aundh, Pune, Maharashtra

Experience :- 1 Year in International Voice Process



Prior experience in compliance, audit, security monitoring, fraud detection, or related field desirable. Proficiency with computers and ability to learn reporting software/tools. Excellent Written English Skills mandatory Review and analyze CCTV footage from restaurant operations. Cross-check footage with customer bills to ensure correct orders are served and transactions are accurate. Detect and flag any irregular, fraudulent, or suspicious activities by staff or customers. Maintain accurate and detailed reports of observed discrepancies, including time stamps, involved parties, and supporting evidence. Submit structured incident reports through the designated reporting system. Collaborate with supervisors/management to escalate high-risk cases. Maintain confidentiality and integrity while handling sensitive data and recordings.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
