Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential international customers to promote and sell company products/services.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets consistently.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or other internal channels.
Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
Maintain updated and accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the team to refine sales scripts, improve conversion strategies, and enhance overall call performance.
Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to handle objections effectively and close deals.
Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance with international telesales regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 3-5 years of telesales or outbound sales experience in an international BPO environment.
Strong sales negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident speaking tone.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet sales deadlines.
Good CRM usage knowledge and record-keeping skills.
Preferred Qualifications
HSC and above
Prior experience dealing with international clients/customers is an advantage.
Compensation
Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Incentives
