About the Role :We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused International Sales Support Executive to join our team in Mumbai. This role involves engaging with travel agents across North & Central America, Africa, and Europe to promote our products and services, drive sales growth, and ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and global partners. The position is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, a passion for travel, and the ability to manage international client relationships.Key Responsibilities :- Engage with travel agents across global markets to promote company products and services.- Drive sales growth by managing existing agency relationships and onboarding new partners.- Act as a single point of contact for sales and operational requirements from assigned international regions.- Register new agencies and conduct product presentations, demos, and training sessions for agency staff.- Prepare and present sales reports and monthly MIS to the management team.- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to promote destinations, seasonal offerings, and campaigns.- Coordinate with Product & Operations Teams to ensure seamless lead conversion and service delivery.- Maintain strong professional relationships to ensure client satisfaction and long-term loyalty.Requirements :- Graduate in any discipline.- 0-5 years of experience in sales support, international client servicing, or customer success.- Industry background in Travel & Tourism or BPO is preferred.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of foreign languages will be an advantage).- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with international partners.- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting systems.- Organized, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
