Job Responsibilities
Handle US-based customers for
Sales and/or Service
processes
Maintain high-quality communication with international clients
Meet sales targets and service quality standards
Ensure customer satisfaction and accurate documentation
Follow company policies and compliance guidelines
Eligibility Criteria
Experience:
Minimum 1 year in US Sales or International Service (Night Shift mandatory)
Language:
Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
Education:
HSC and above
Age Limit:
22 - 37 years
Availability:
Immediate joiners preferred
