Job Location : Noida, Sector-63. - Near to Noida Electronic Metro Station Work Timings: 11 AM to PM (Day Shift),8 P.M to 5 A.M, 5 Days Working ( Sat/Sun off ) - Note - The Timings can be changed, according to the Client Requirement. Skills Required: 1-Strong Communication skills with strong Internet related knowledge. The ability and desire for sales job with a confident and determined approach. 2-Highly self-motivated and ambitious in achieving goals. 3-Should possess the skill to work both in team and also perform independently. 4-Compile and deliver mails regarding plans / presentations for clients 5-Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening Duties and Responsibilities: 1-Maintain and develop good relationship with customers through emails or via telephone etc.Help management in forthcoming products and discuss on special promotions. 2-Review own performance and aim at exceeding the targets. 3-Manage sales / day-to-day client relationships through calls and presentations 4-Resolving customer issues related to products, post-sale services, maintenance etc. via emails/ over the phone in co-ordination Qualification & Skills: 12th Pass/ Graduate Equivalent Previous experience in a customer sales role as well as Fresher ( Preferred Experience- In Sales )
