Job Description


Purpose of the Role Our Client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead their international business efforts targeting the UAE markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling our range of premium tea leaf, tea bags, and vending machine solutions to corporate clients, HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering), both directly and through channel partners. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive growth and expand our presence in key international markets. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate and expand market share in the UK, US, and Canada. Identify and engage with potential corporate clients and HoReCa establishments to promote and sell our products and solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts. Collaborate with channel partners to develop and implement joint sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth. Provide product training, sales support, and guidance to channel partners to ensure alignment with company objectives. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and potential threats. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to secure new business opportunities. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts using CRM software. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and generate leads. Qualifications and Background Minimum of eight years of experience in overseas marketing, with a proven track record of success in driving sales and revenue growth. Strong understanding of the UAE markets, with existing relationships and networks within the corporate and HoReCa sectors preferred. Background of FMCG Export Sales is essential. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively. Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships with channel partners and distributors. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Willingness to travel internationally as required. A bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or International Business is preferred. The position directly reports to the Founder. Age We expect you not to exceed 47 years of age to have the maximum amount of exuberance. Compensation The budgeted CTC is between 26 Lacs Per Annum depending on experience and past deliveries Job Location This is onsite full time role in based at Gurgaon, Haryana India
