International Sales Manager (Silicon Films/ Release Liner)

- Establish the international sales for the organization Silicon films/ Release Liner business.

- Develop and lead a high performing team to ensure long term growth.

- Manage sales of Holographic Films in the region.

- Develop Distributors/ Importers by demonstrating ROI, market potential and product benefits.

- Create awareness of the product among the specifiers.

- Develop a working relationship with the specifiers to maintain a robust pipeline of projects.

- Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, industry events, and online platforms.

- Understand clients\' business needs and challenges, and tailor solutions to address their specific requirements.

- Prepare proposals, submit quotes, conduct sales presentations, demonstrate products, and close leads commercially.

- Meet budgeted target for product placement and sales in the region.

- Resolve problems and concerns of stakeholders.

Qualification And Experience:

1. BE & MBA with 10+ years of experience in sales/ business development for Silicon films/ Release Liner.

2. Experience of business development through channels and distributors in Europe or South America.

3. Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing.

4. Proven success rate at levels above sales quota.

5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

6. Superb leadership ability.
