Job Description

We are looking for dynamic, target-driven, and highly presentable Business Development Executives (BDEs) to join our team. The role demands hardcore sales experience, with a strong focus on telecalling, lead generation, getting client walk-ins, and converting them into memberships. Key Responsibilities ? Generate leads through telecalling, referrals, and marketing activities. ? Ensure maximum walk-ins to the gym from generated leads. ? Meet clients at the gym, present offerings professionally, and convert leads into memberships. ? Consistently achieve individual monthly sales targets. ? Maintain strong relationships with clients to drive renewals and referrals. ? Follow up with leads to ensure high conversion rates. ? Keep accurate sales records and share regular reports with the manager. Requirements ? Male or Female, Age up to 40 years. ? 3-5 years of proven hardcore sales experience (fitness/wellness/hospitality/retail preferred). ? Must be very presentable, confident, and client-facing. ? Strong skills in telecalling, lead generation, walk-in management, and lead conversion. ? Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills. ? Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated. ? Comfortable working in flexible shifts (10-7 or 12-9).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
