About the Role




Take responsibility for the complete daily end-to-end payroll process for a number of APAC/EMEA/LATAM payrolls. Managing the daily payroll process includes, but is not limited to: payroll data collection/preparation processing starters and leavers in accordance with local rules processing global Compensation, Insured Benefits, Perks and Country Specific Employee Benefits managing timely payment of all payroll related payments: salaries, social security and taxes responsible for periodical country payroll reporting and other statutory payroll filings responsible for monthly reconciliation of all payroll related GL accounts Maintain an excellent relationship with the payroll data providers and vendors and manage a smooth, timely and precise handling of transactions Support year end activities and payroll compliance audits Handling all employee payroll related queries within agreed SLA

- Basic Qualifications -


Degree/Diploma in accounting or equivalent with minimum of 0-3 years of relevant working experience in India/International payroll/Accounting Effective Communication skills. Knowledge of job associated database/software/documentation. Ability to multi-task and work independently Proficiency in Excel, payroll administration and have excellent analytical skills Passion for payroll, team work, prioritize, think outside of the box and have a positive attitude
- Preferred Qualifications -
