Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound voice calls to prospective international clients Present product features and benefits to potential customers Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into sales Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs Handle customer objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions Follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships and close deals Collaborate with team members to share best practices and strategies Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques Ensure compliance with company policies and international calling regulations

Required Qualifications



Education



Undergraduates:

Must have a minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in international BPO voice sales

Graduates:

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Experience



Fresher to 1 year of experience in international BPO voice sales profile

Important:

Candidates with employment gaps exceeding 6 months after their last organization will not be considered Maximum age upto 30 years.

Excellent verbal communication skills in English Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities Active listening skills and customer-centric approach Ability to handle rejection and maintain motivation Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems Time management and organizational skills Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment Cultural sensitivity for international client interactions

Preferred Qualifications



Previous experience in international telemarketing or sales Knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management Familiarity with international markets and business practices Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
