Key Responsibilities:

Outbound calling to clients to identify logistics/shipping needs Source & negotiate competitive freight rates with carriers Book loads and coordinate pickup & deliveries Monitor shipment progress to ensure timely & damage-free delivery Maintain strong communication with shippers, carriers & dispatch teams Build long-term business relationships & support client retention Assist in onboarding new logistics partners & drive revenue growth

Excellent English communication & negotiation skills

Strong convincing skills and relationship management Confident handling targets & fast-paced operations Minimum Qualification:

Graduate preferred
