Key Responsibilities



Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction standards Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience Follow company policies and regulatory compliance requirements Meet individual and team performance targets Participate in ongoing training and development programmes.

Required Qualifications



Education



Graduate degree from a recognized university Any discipline acceptable

Experience



Minimum 2 years of relevant customer service experience Experience in banking or financial services preferred Previous experience in process-driven environments advantageous
