Respond to inquiries from customers in different countries and time zones
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
Ensure compliance with international trade and communication standards

Translate or interpret basic information when needed (if multilingual)
Participate in training to stay updated on products and global service protocols
