Role Description We are looking for an International Customer Support representative to join our team in Noida. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our international clients. You will be working full-time and on-site in Noida. Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Experience in customer service, preferably in an international setting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Ability to problem-solve and think creatively to resolve customer issues
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor\'s degree or higher in a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with transportation and logistics is a plus
