We are looking to hire a skilled customer service advisor with fluency in spoken English and experience of working with UK or international clients. Customer Service Advisor Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming calls
- Handling tickets, raising and updating tickets
- Calling out to the right on-call engineering team
- Handling Emails
- Should be comfortable in evening and night shifts
- Good hands-on experience in MS Office products and good email handling etiquette
- Customer-oriented attitude
- Spoken and written English language is a must
