BeeperMD looking for passionate English speaking customer representatives who are fluent enough to have conversations with US customers. Responsibilities:-
- Identify and assess customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools. Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.
- Handle troubleshooting for MedTechs via Video Call.
- Chat with MedTechs regarding the appointment booking.
- Assist the MedTechs for connecting them with Practitioner.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- English Fluency level: Fluent.
- Immediate joiners will be given first preference
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills In English.
- Flexible with a 24/7 Environment.
- Must have worked with International BPO in voice process.
