This position, is also responsible for service request management, working directly with the enterprise end users assisting in support and implementation of technology solutions. Complete technical support profile.

- Minimum one year of experience in dealing with international clients. (Good chance for candidates working in BPO.)
(Training will be provided)
- Troubleshooting on Desktops.
- Troubleshooting on Microsoft office 365, firewall and mail servers.
- Monitoring backups.
- Troubleshooting networks, virtualization, and windows servers.
