Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service through chat support.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate channels when necessary.
- Follow up on customer interactions and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions in the appropriate system.
- Meet or exceed quality and productivity goals.
- Participate in training and coaching sessions as required.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers and colleagues.
- Be flexible to work in a 24*7 environment with night shifts and rotational offs.
- Must be able to commute within a local transport boundary of 30kms.
